Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, Northern Infinity Group only will honor the first referring party for the purpose of a referral bonus. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to Northern Infinity Group. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer. Part-Time/Temporary referrals must work a minimum of 400 hours in order for the referring party to qualify for the referral bonus. Internship referrals don't qualify for the referral bonus. For full-time employees, "Refer a Friend" referral bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period (120 days) has been fulfilled. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referral individuals as you like. Northern Infinity Group reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program at any time.
