We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our direct marketing agency to help us establish relationships with small sized businesses and grow new accounts. This is a part time position with the opportunity to be hired on at full time.

We always produce an exceptional standard of work for our clients by delivering real results and providing outstanding customer service.
We offer support and training, but in order to qualify for this position you must have strong customer service skills, organization skills, and a willingness to make some serious money. We also expect you to be results-oriented, flexible, and outgoing. The ideal candidate will be a great listener and a self-motivated team player with a positive mindset.
- Make outbound sales calls to small businesses daily
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Consult with business owners, provide pre-sales support and close sales
- Meet and exceed all weekly, monthly and annual sales goals
- Accomplish day to day duties with minimal guidance and oversight
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to prospect and close sales over the phone
- A desire to constantly learn and develop new sales techniques
- Ability to effectively present online marketing services
- A willingness to help develop internal processes to maximize efficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional phone skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 1-3 years of telemarketing, sales or customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Compensation is negotiable and dependent on resume
